Today I discuss the Noor Salman trial verdict, Roseanne’s comeback, and niche podcasting.

I have really been struggling with trying to come up with a consistency with this podcast. Even trying to do it weekly is hard.

I really would like to know how these people who have other jobs full time are

able to devote so much time to doing so many podcasts all the time. Please enlighten me on the secret.

I am also trying very hard to stay motivated knowing that what I want for my podcast, doesn’t seem to be that common in the podcasting world. What is that you may ask?

Variety.

All of the podcasts about podcasting that I listen to. All of the blogs and articles that I read seem to say the same thing.

Podcasts are for niche content.

Pick something that you’re super passionate about and talk about that to reach a specific audience. If I am being completely honest, I have a little bit of an issue with that.

Why?

Because I am interested in so many different things. I am passionate about a lot of different things. I can’t pick just one thing. I want my podcast to be about a lot of different things. This why I call it “The Mix.”

So who knows? One thing a lot of those podcasts and blogs say is to just start talking.

So… I am talking. Hopefully someone out there will be encouraged or have interest in what I have to say.
